About Krystal Kricket

I grew up in a small town in Ohio and did the Ohio tour of schools. I hold degrees from University Cincinnati, BS political science; Cleveland State University, BBA Finance; and Akron University, Law and MBA and management. I am licensed in 5 different states including Ohio to practice law. I have been practicing law for 24 years however I just started writing.

The reason I decided to start writing was a combination of events in two people’s lives that are dear to me. My best friend was going through a rough time and needed a distraction.  Further I needed to tell my story,  My Devil My Angel is that story and my niece need to hear it. She was going through many things I did. Instead of attempting to have a discussion she may take as preaching I decided to tell her my story in a book. I wanted her to know she is not alone and that she can overcome. That is the true meaning of My Devil My Angel, although things happen- good and bad; you can overcome it. You can survive it, and not only can you survive, you can thrive; like I did. So that is the story of how this all started.

I really enjoy writing. The 2nd series I started came out of the joy of reading other authors in this genre. As I never wrote before, I read many books, anywhere from 1 to 3 a week in preparation of writing the stories. The fact is I really enjoy it, and writing gave me an outlet a way to decompress and de-stress for my day job.  I learned a lot from other authors and groups, which changed my writing. Like all things you are taught, you grow over time.  I own all copyrights and isbn.
